Competition is fierce but friendly. The athletes all want to beat the one next to them but support the goals they set for themselves. The Amsterdam Throwdown is one of the main Crossfit Competitions in The Netherlands. It is an open competition which means not only dutch athletes attend but also international athletes compete for the prize. This year Noor Bleeker, Laurens Abbink, Demi Oerlemans, Merlijn, Lisa Roos en Kees Bot attended as a team or as individual athletes. 2-12-2018, Amsterdam, The Netherlands De competitie is fel maar vriendelijk. De sporters willen elkaar verslaan maar helpen elkaar bij het bereiken van hun doelen. De Amsterdam Throwdown is één van de belangrijkste Crossfit Wedstrijden in Nederland. Niet alleen toegankelijk voor Nederlandse crosfitters maar samen met buitenlandse sporters strijden ze voor de hoofprijs. Dit jaar staan Noor Bleeker, Laurens Abbink, Demi Oerlemans, Merlijn, Lisa Roos en Kees Bot als team of individueel atleet onder het rek. 2-12-2018, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
